*Offer Details (Our Best Price Guarantee or $500): Our best price guarantee only applies to manufacture brands and models that Air Conditioning and Heating Inc. sells. Quotes must include all details related to installation, exact equipment including manufacturer and model. All equipment must be new, currently available makes and models. No discontinued or previous years’ equipment will be eligible. Competitor must be a Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer for the manufacturer.
Payment will be made only to individual homeowners who purchase the exact unit and installation detailed in the quote and when Air Conditioning and Heating Inc. fails to offer a lower cost prior to work commencing. (Air Conditioning and Heating Inc. will not pay until you have bought a unit.)
Guarantee will only be paid once we have received all details in writing including invoice, proof of installation in accordance with the quote. Homeowner must provide payment confirmation. Air Conditioning and Heating Inc. must be given the option to beat the competitor’s best and final written quote. If Air Conditioning and Heating Inc. beats the competitor’s price by any amount, the guarantee will be considered concluded. Guarantee only applies to private homeowners purchasing for their primary residence. No commercial or business purchases qualify.
Contractor must adhere to manufacturer recommendations with regard to equipment and installation. Work must be done by a licensed contractor which the installation is per the most recent building and inspect code.
Every and all conditions must be met or the $500 best price offer will be considered null and void. Not valid in combination with any other rebates and/or special offers.
All confirmation must be issued within 30 days of installation by others and no later than 30 days after Air Conditioning & Heating Inc.’s original quotation.
