Allergy Relief from Duct Cleaning

Air Conditioning & Heating, Inc. has been in business for 34+ years, we look forward to servicing your home or business’s air ducts year after year. As suggested by our team of professional technicians, standard duct cleaning should be performed every 7-10 years and price is determined by the number of units and air registers in your home or business.

Over the past three decades, we have had many cases where our customers thought they were suffering from extreme seasonal allergies, even having visited with medical professionals about their symptoms, but received no to little improvement. Then it happens, usually in less than one week, we receive a call from our customer mentioning how much their families/employee’s allergy symptoms have subsided since our team performed a deep clean of their home or office’s air ducts, referencing air magic.

According to the EPA, indoor air quality is a top five environmental risk to public health, since levels of air pollution inside a home can be up to 5x higher than outdoor levels. Air ducts can be viewed as the "lungs" of your home or business and breathing contaminant free air is essential for optimal health. Air duct cleaning is the process of properly removing dust, bacteria, debris, pollutants, pet dander, and even mold from the air duct re-circulation system as air pollutants can trigger allergies, asthma, and a variety of respiratory conditions. A quality air duct cleaning includes the cleaning of the air handler, registers, grilles, fans, motors, housings, and ducts of your HVAC unit.

Breathe easy and proactively schedule your air duct cleaning before the upcoming allergy season with Air Conditioning & Heating, Inc., the Emerald Coast's leading HVAC professionals. (850) 267-3538.

What’s Cooler Than Being Cool? Carrier’s Cool Cash Rebate Special!

We are all looking for ways to save money and stretch our budget, and rebates are a great way to do so with Carrier’s Cool Cash. Now is your time to get Cool Cash rebates up to $1,650 with 0% financing on qualified home comfort systems from Carrier, the proven innovator in the heating, air-conditioning and refrigeration industries since 1902. Being more efficient with your air conditioning and heating, means spending less on it.

Air Conditioning & Heating, Inc’s promotion offers homeowners a rebate for purchasing a qualifying Carrier product or a qualifying unit and control. That means if you are looking to upgrade your HVAC system, you could be eligible to receive money back. Don’t miss out on this cost-reducing special that provides efficiency, reliability, and savings!

Purchase a qualifying heating or cooling product before Cool Cash ends! Rebates valid until November 15, 2018. Equipment must be installed and rebate claimed before December 15, 2018, by 6 p.m CST. To capitalize on savings. You may even qualify for financing options, as well. Contact your local Carrier experts at Air Conditioning & Heating, Inc for complete details on all our rebate and financing options.

How Much Money Can I Get Back?

The amount you will receive in the rebate depends on the system’s SEER rating – or how the Air Conditioning, Heating, and Refrigeration Institute (AHRI) rates the energy efficiency of the system. A product with a higher SEER rating means the more energy efficient it is, and the higher the rebate.

Be sure you are purchasing a system that has qualifying SEER rating, not just a unit. Replacing only the outdoor unit and leaving the existing evaporator coil will provide an unknown efficiency level, which would disqualify you for any utility rebates and Cool Cash.

Purchase a qualifying heating or cooling product before Cool Cash ends to get in on the savings. You may even qualify for financing options, as well. Turn to your local Carrier expert for complete details on all our rebate and financing options

HVAC Safety After a Hurricane

If your HVAC system sustained potential threatening winds or was possibly damaged due to inland flooding, it will NEED to be inspected by a professional and possibly repaired or replaced. We ask you please do not power it on yourself.

Major things to consider following a destructive hurricane are power surges, debris, flooding, and refrigerant damage. If floodwater has moved into either the indoor or outdoor units of a split system even by a small amount, there is a potential for refrigerant leaks. The system will then require a major repair or full replacement. If the refrigerant system remains intact after the flood, the entire system should be cleaned, dried and disinfected. You should also have our professionals check the unit’s electrical and refrigeration connections, including all control circuits.

Give us a call today and one of our local experts will assess your damage.
